Default RE: Where to hunt?

Man - that's a loaded question! Everybody has their favorite spot, plus a number of places they wish they could go. Right off the top of my head, I'm thinking that if I lived in Ontario, I might just head west to Alberta - they have some huge deer there and also Moose. Or go East to Newfoundland for Caribou. I suspect that being a Canadian, the price of a license in a different province might be less than if you came to the lower 48 as a non-resident (but I'm not sure of that).
On the other hand, if you're looking for a warm-weather hunt and if money is no object, you might check out some of the game ranches in Texas like the YO, King Ranch or 777. You can easily spend many thousands of dollars getting to these places, buying licenses, guide fees, etc.
I just did a quick Google search for "Big Game Hunting Ranch" and got dozens of choices. I noticed that at the King Ranch, for example, prices start at $2,000 U.S. (whitetail under 150 B&C) and go up from there.

Good Luck.
