as for removing old fletch and cleaning the shaft...
removing old fletch/cement is a pain with carbon arrows...i have notfound the perfect method for that....it takes me awhile to do mine but i just use a razor bladeto remove and 95% rubbing alchohl to clean...its a pain with carbon...and a lot easier on aluminium arrows in my experience. so i use feathers instead of vanes and use bohning fletch tape to fletch my arrows...its a lot easier to remove or if you want vanes use an arrow wrap they make it alot easier...just peel off the wrap and clean the shaft
