Cut upland bird breast meat into strips.
Slice each jalapeno into 4 strips (if you don't like it too spicy make sure you remove all inner seeds and skin).
Half cooked bacon strips.

Now comes the assembly... Wrap breast strip around a jalapeno strip. Then wrap a 1/2 slice of partially cooked bacon around each breast/jalapeno combo. Now stab through and hold the entire unit together with a skewer stick or shish-ka-bob rod. Repeat the process until you fill the skewers. Place on the BBQ and heat until bacon is fully cooked. Some people add BBQ sauce to finished product or marinade the meat ahead of time. Many times this appetizer turns into a main meal as they consumers can't get enough. I've ran out of marinaded meat and BBQ sauce on many occasions but they chomp down the "unseasoned" combinations just as fast.
