JD, I have been using a ameristep doghouse for a few years and like it. It tends to be a little noisy in the cold/windy conditions but the deer pay no attention to its presence, then again I don't set it up in the wide open or pop it up and down each trip either. It does a good job at concealing, keeping the elements outand very easy set up/take down. For bow a 1 person rig but gun 2 works. They also have a snow camo cover for the ameristep blinds if of interest(slip over). For the money I spent on mine I have no quams but its main use is gun(well muzzleloader).

If you want the best buy a Double Bull my partner picked up one and it is the most impressive pop up blind I have ever seen. 2 guys with bow no problem, quiet, easy set up and awesome shootability(especially for the bow) and no shine at all! Though be prepared to shell out 400 bucks. The Caddy of pop ups but if using it a ton it may be worth consideration. It appears in construction to much better built and designed,maybe moredurable for our extremes.

For my usage and needs the doghouse which I paid less then 100 bucks for each (ebay) is just fine.
