I couldn't take it anymore. I had to get another Tikka. I had a Steyr 7mm Mag (rifle only)and decided to take it to the local gun shop to see what they would give me on trade. When the guy told me $700 I didn't waste anytime telling him what I wanted to trade for. I got a T3 .308 black on black andtopped it with a zeiss 3x9x40 and only had to putanother$150in on the hole deal. I can't wait to shootthis thing.

I know someone will say I can't believe you traded a Steyr for a Tikka. I traded a 44mag and scope for the Steyr a few weeks ago and decided afterwards that I didn't really want a 7mag after all. I liked the gun but it had a 26" barrel and was heavy as all get out. I already have a 300wsm and a 270 so I decided that Id rather have a short action lite weight rifle to take on long hauls and short range shot situations. If it shoots as good as my 300wsm t3 there is no doubt I made a good decision.
