Howdy,

This year I purchased a 15" 25/06 barrel for my Encore and I have a Simmons 2-6 power scope mounted on it. I've got her dialed in shooting (from a bench rest) 2-1/2" groups at 150 yards. SO I think I'm all ready to head to the woods and take me a white tail!
What my question is now, is how do you hold it still in the field!
I bought an adjustable height bi-pod, and that secures the barrel quite well, but is there any tricks to what I'll call "long range" hand gun hunting. I shot at a doe Saturday night from 130 yards and completely missed her!!
