Diesel....I've shot maybe 5 bows in my life. That's just being honest. I bought a Mathews based SOLELY on a friend's recommendation. It was th efirst bow I ever shot.....a little over 1 yr ago.
I heard all the hype when the Trykons came out.....and I thought if they're that good.....I'll buy one. I HONESTLY went into the shop to maybe buy one. It felt like it was lurching forward.....when I shot it. I left without one. I seriously don't have a problem with your assessment of my hunting knowledge.....or my knowledge of bows. I never claimed to be an expert at anything deer related. I'll likely fill all 6 of my tags, this year, though.
And....BTW....your signature speaks for itself.
Jeff
Jeff, my signature says I own some Hoyts right now, but I have owned and loved several other brands. I really like Mathews bows, and I really like Bowtechs, I think they are some kick ass bows and would LOVE to own one, as I said I dont think there any bad bows out of the main manufacturers. My signature does not say I own several traditional longbows and recurves including some Martins and 1 Fred Bear as well as some old Browning compounds, they are all very nice shooting bows in their own way. Your assumption of what you think about my views on different bow brandsbased on my signature is exactly what Im talking about, but thats cool, in your eyes I only like, or favorbows made by Hoyt.
