I've owned both models. I sold the Browning A-Bolt and currently own two Sako 75's, a regular Hunter model 7mm mag and a Hunter Stainless that has been rebarreled with a Lilja tube chambered in .300 Win mag. I never could warm up to the Browning. I didn't like the stock design, the looks, the funky bolt design and accuracy was just so-so.

Another option is the Kimber as has been mentioned.
