The barrel is hydraulically pressed into the receiver. So? I'll never shoot any rifle enough that I need to replace the barrel. There are higher quality European rifles that use this same technique.
The trigger guard is molded into the stock. So? Never heard of this being a big deal until the nit-pickers had to find something to not like about it.
Compared to the group in the center, what practical difference is there to a group that puts 5 shots touching each other?
And also, you even admit that you do not shoot enough for any of these inadequacies to make a difference, so lets end this arguement right now.
