I really don't see the 270 having that much less recoil than an 06. Anyway, between those two, I wouldn't worry about recoil, it's there for both, get used to it.

I don't know if you've been swayed yet, but I don't think you'll be disapointed with either. Nice thing about debating these two cartridges, you really can't go wrong.
