I'm relatively familiar with the Berlin area, my buddy's wife is the librarian at Berlin High School. I hunted bear last year around New Centerville which I think is relatively close to you. I too have a Savage rifle with the accutrigger .223, I won it at a gun bash, but haven't put a round through it yet. Where's your camp at? I'll be in Wash Co for the first few days, taking my 6 year old out on Friday for a hunt.I'm hoping she can withstand the cold long enough for me to get a shot at a doe. We'll see.
