I don't know. I thought that maybe in the Scandanavian countries with the governments controlling nearly everything, like in most of Europe, they'd taken aware the option to hunt, if not all firearms by now.
I do know that Finns still hunt though. Tikka and Sako rifles are still made by the Finns and they know how to use them.
If your Norwegian, maybe you can find one of those Finns to hunt with.
