Well, that article is not exactly what I thought it would be..I was thinking more of economic by how much a pound of deer meatcost us hunters...I killed a 100 pound doe last weekend, and was figuring gas, money for camp, supplies, and processing fees and I figured that deer is costing me about 5 dollars per pound...but the joy of hunting is worth that money even If I dont kill anything...on the other hand ...more deer killed drives that price per pound down..
Thats a good point as well. We as hunters spend ALOT of money supporting our addiction. License, weapons, clothes, etc. The list goes on and on.
