Let's think about this logically, with numbers: If your pee is warmer than your internal body temperature surrounding your bladder, then peeing would lower the average temperature in that region. If pee is cooler than the temperature of the tissue surrounding your bladder, then peeing would raise your internal temperature.
Next time you pee, pee on a thermometer and read it. Then stick it in your mouth and see what your internal temp is and tell us what you find out!
