To be honest, if I didn't find any blood after searching for 2 hrs I probably would be in your shoes. It happens sometimes...thats hunting. I haven't ever lost a deer so I can't tell you for sure. You were the only one there and if you think you did all you could then I say better luck next time and practice practice practice. To be honest, everybody who says I would have looked all day, thatsgreat, but I have never been with anybody who has shot a deer and couldn't find it, look all day. I know some of you will say you have and thats fine but I think most of those hunters are in the minority.
