What is steeper a 15 degree angle or40 degree angle?

If I was sliding down a .375 H&H case, the shoulderwould be a15 degree shallow angle compared to a .30-06 Sprg. Ackley Improved with a steep shoulder of 40 degrees. It would take less effort to climb a 15 degree hill than a 40 degree hill because the 15 degree hill is less steep.
