i keep seeing where a few keep calling these animals someones pets. i have yet to see where they can tell these are someones pet.i love dogs and treat them like one of the family.a family member is cared about by loving them and keeping tabs on them.you take care of the dog and child by being responsible. texas laws make you crimanally responsible for you kids until a certain age. civil and criminal laws make you responsible for your animals. letting them run free thru the property of others is not being responsible.people have got to the point of ridiculousness with this topic.we agree to disagree.the owners of these running dogs would not care as much if they had to go to court over the damage or harm they caused.
