Default RE: Deer hunting dog killers

Where me and my friends hunt the dogs have about RUINED the deer hunting for the most part. They shoot every dog they see on the property. they get about 3 a week on that 50 acres. People just drive their unwanted pets out there and leave them. No houses, no pets, just dogs no one wanted and they put out. The dogs mate, and we have a growing population of wild dogs. A mutt came within 15 yards of me one time and I wasn't going to shoot it, there wern't any deer in the area at the time and he would be gone in just a minute, if I shot I would scare the deer. Well this dog notices me sitting by a tree, in a flash he was on me ripping at my legs. BOOM!! no more dog. Crazy thing had rabies. I hate getting shots too that sucked. If you hunt here you will see many deer, many paranoid scrached up , running deer. The dogs just keep running them to death. The place is a loss, the dogs are winning, deer are getting rarer and fewer every season. No turkeys anymore, no squirrels. A once great farmland to hunt is now a rabies infested crap hole. This is the only place I shoot dogs. No where else I've seen is this bad. Sometimes there will be weeks you don't see dogs at all, and the deer are booming! it's a great spot except for those dang dogs! Cats are bad there too.
