Default RE: Deer hunting dog killers

Awesome post Turkey Hunter and I couldn't agree more. No one here wants to kill a dog. Heck, I've let dogs run by me chasing a deer while I had the dog in my scope. You know why? Because I really hated to shoot someone's pet. However, every time I didn't shoot, I've regretted it later.....because the dog was seen again chasing deer. Just because you let a dog run by your stand 3 times, doesn't mean he is getting a warning that he understands. Heck even shooting over, under, or around one isn't neccessarily a warning that a dog can understand.

If you love your dog keep him at home. I don't know why people think they can let their dog roam free on my land. (much less chasing deer) Not only do they think it is fine for their dog to roam on my land and chase deer; over half of you agree with them and support them rather than my legal rights! But let a person tresspass on my land one time and you'll all be hopping mad telling me to call the game warden.
