Great suggestions so far, what I always do is set up a stand in my back yard, shooting from your roof is always an option I guess. But try to create the most realistic environment and practice before you go out. I use a 3-d target with my broadheads and adjust my sights as needed. This has really helped me take out any guesswork associated with shooting my broadheads in an elavated situation. I learned my lesson about 5 years ago when I missed the "Buck of a lifetime" 12 pointer that presented me a perfect 25 yard broadside shot....man that hurt!
