I would highly suggest you either look at the FAQ section on the website or call them before you order any fiber.

It can be difficult at first finding out exactly what you will need in order to perform the best in low light conditions.

Basically, you can either get the fibers in long distance or short distance.

Long distance would be for sights like the Cobra Wrapped Fiber series. The short distance would be for sights with particularly short fibers for each pin. (Ex. Spot-Hogg sights)
