question, if you have adult male dog is it problem to bring in a new puppy?is female or male better in this situation?

i read somewhere that if its female puppy ,you would have to get female spayed down road..they said that is bad..why is it bad to spayed a female hunting dog?

so, is it better with male adult/female puppy or 2 males..thanks
