Default RE: Shots on Pronghorn

ORIGINAL: game4lunch

My longest shot was ranged at 387 yards. Dropped like a wet card table.
You don't like doing it, but with the right gun, lots of practice, knowledge of balistics, confidence, and a certain amount of luck, the shot is possible.
Bowhunting was the closest at 47 yards.
With antelope, you take the shot they give you, or they are gone over the first rise and there is not chasing them!
I gotta disagree with ya Game, I took a shot at my first goat at about 500 yds and I blew the shot (just under him), as you can guess he high tailed it about800 yds opposite of me. I then tracked him with my bino's and was able to stalk him around a small hill and was finally able to cork him at about 185 yds
