if someone is driving 70 or 90 in a 65 mph speed zone, it's just plain wrong.
I agree with you my friend that both are wrong but the question is... what do you fine the guy going 70 and what do you fine the guy going 90? I think that punishing the fellow going 90 more severly than the fellow going 70 is justice. To punish them the same would be a mockery of justce.
