He was dog chained and I don't know how I walked by him twice without seeing him.
Rob, I have no idea how that deer hasn't broken his neck yet. Deer go crazy when they are restricted like that, and usually just keep fighting it until they kill themselves. The last injured fawn that we got to nurse back to health was a good example of this. Instead of constructing a little pen, I got the bright idea to put him on a dog trolley. After a few front flips, back flips, and getting in a tangle I came to the conclusion that deer need to roam. He was only a few days old at the time.
