My grandpa gave me his 670Aso I don't know on price but I agree with trying for a price reduction. I also replaced the Birch stock with a synthetic stock and modified it to free-float the barrel. I reduced the trigger weight and creep andthen scrubbed the hell out of the barrel with a strong copper solvent. These modifications took it from a mediocre rifle to a real shooter (1 MOA groups). I am happy to say that this year it will get passed down once again and become my oldest son's first deer rifle.
