As far as letting youth hunters shoot any buck,it's a two-sided deal.I understand the idea of letting them get a "couple under thier belts"but when I was young you had to know what you were shooting at.As far as AR go no,imo Alt has ulterior motives.Money is behind this.I believe we will see bigger bucks in future years but it will also cost us bigger bucks to hunt.Alt is a weasle in a human suit.
