I got a nice 8-point yesterday on opening say of gun season here in Arkansas. This is the first big buck I have ever gotten. I know there are bigger ones out there but This is a trophy for me. I am still excited 24 hours later. He was chasing a doe and went almost all the way around my stand before I had a shot, I almost had a heart attack. I got my climber out of the tree faster than if I had fallen out. That is my son in the picture, he was excited to see the deer and asked if he could go hunting next time. In a few more years he will be the best huntin buddy ever. Good Luck to everyone else.
