if you have not so good form you will be very inconsistent shooting a short Brace heighth bow and will probably get slapped in the wrist a lot due to the shorter Brace heighth.

If you have good form and consistent shooter you will have little to no problems shooting a shorter brace heighth bow.
the only benefit to using a short Brace heighth bow is speed and on some brand bows not enough to sacrafice consistancy for the few extra FPS.
