RE: Gloves
Cabelas sells a few different gloves that should do the trick. Personally I believe in bringing two pairs along in cold weather. One pair is only for setting and retrieving decoys, usually insulated rubber one and another pair to hunt in. If you are setting up in a field or where your hands aren't going to get wet try using a light pair of jersey gloves or none at all while setting up and then put gloves on when in the blind.
If you are one with fingers that always seem to get cold no matter what I'd suggest going with a mitten style over a glove.
