From what I've heard, rattling antlers are more realistic sounding, and you can also use them to rub on tree bark too. Rattling bags are okay, but it depends on what kind you get. I have a rattling bag and so far, I strike out with it. Mine is the one that is nothing more than a bunch of 6" long, pieces of 1/2" x 1/2" wood. Others have plastic pieces of rattle in the bags.
