Yes I did say the front legs aren't worth the time. I still believe that on the little ones. However I found a better way to do it all faster. I have a place I can donate the whole animal, guts and all, and still get my tax deduction.[8D] Guess what, nothing goes to waste at that place. It all becomes cat food.
Sounds like a good deal.

This is what I meant by some people having different opinions of what wasting meat means. Now if you had said you could do a deer in 20 minutes I would have tended to agree because I know you leave plenty behind.
Sorry again, I said I've seen folks do it. I've watched both bone and deboned. It's all depends on how the chef wants it.
