I assume you are sighting in for a deer hunting roung. Check out this link for Remington factory ammo ballistics. Just coose 243 and the bullet weight / type you want and it will show you impact points at various ranges.

For example Remigntons 95 Grn Premier AccuTip will yield the following when sighted in at 200 Yds.
100 Yds....+0.5"
200 Yds.... 0"
250 Yds.... -2.7"
300 Yds.... -6.6"

Any way, by checking out the verious bullet weights, sight in ranges and trajectories for the Rem factory ammo, you should be able to get a feel for how high you want to sight in at 100 Yds.
