Default Question re. rubs and buck size

This morning I found a new series of rubs (three) within 25 yards of my blind. I haven't hunted this location in 5 days, and am positive they were not there last time out. Of the three, one was on a small sassafrass sapling. The other two were on 20'-30' hickory. The largest of the two trees was approx. 18" in diameter. This tree had really been worked over, from near the base toapprox. 4'up, on one complete side. Thelocationisdirectly adjacent to a doe bedding area, and I rarely see bucks in there. So far this year, I have only seen two spikes, plus the usual herd of does. I'm curious if there is any correlation to rub/tree size to the age/size of the deer making the rub. Anyone have a thought on this?
