Honestly this how i site my guns in i do dead on at 100 3 holes touching (if i can) then i shoot at 200 and 300 so i know how high i have to hold on those yardages dead on at 100 is usulally dead on at 25 and a little high at 50 about 2 1/2 inches so i would do that but whatever works for you
