I am not sure but I trhink the bolt face would need to be altered for a non Magnum cartridge. Check with Roskoe. You could also load the 7MM Mag down to much tamer loads. You can load it down to 270 levels or lower.

You could also get a Shooters Friend Recoil pad from Cabelas and make a pusssy cat out of the 7 Mag.
