I wouldnt think it would be near as accurate without a peepas it would with a peep sight. The reason is because with a peep you can make sure everything lines up the same way everytime you shoot unless you can figure out how to line it up without one... If you have a kisser button and a peep sight on it and your bow it setup correctly, you shouldnt have a problem finding your peep sight in the dark- just pull your bow back, put the kisser in the side of your mouth and there you go-
