You are absolutly correct sir it is not legal to shoot or kill a dog,you are right ,,thats where you got to read more slowly and pay att,in post 47 it reads you do not need to get caught or let granny see you, out of sight out of mind. PS just yesterday i had a beagle hound come in on me running something pretty hard so i got ready with the smokepole even though it was a little beagle all i had was that big 50 cal,and when he come out he was on a big swamp rabbit and i let him go, then told the guy who i rabbit hunt with that leroy must of got loose and hes down here running rabbits when he come out of the bottom he got penned back up. but if he would of been on a deer it be a different ending ,so im not that mean ol guy now am i.Point is here we have a low tollerance for trouble making dogs period.And we handle are on problems,no need in worrying anyone else with these minor things.
