55 grain. I believe around 4000 fps on the label. I definately wouldn't say accuracy is a problem, you're not going to shoot sub-moa, but will be shoot well enough for larger varmints. I shot a box from the bench and was 1.5-2" groups at 100 yards, but I have .223 for varmints.

Cost is usually the limiting factor. In my area, Des Moines, IA the Accelorators cost about $25/box of 20. You can get a 150grain or 125 grain Federal soft pointfor around $10/box 20, or less.
