skeeter, I don't know what model number it is but when I get a chance to handle it again I 'LL try and get the info for you. He bought it yesterday, 11-04-06, NIB. I think the dealer here where he got it receives his guns from Elliot Brothers. I was just looking in their catalog and the only A-Bolt shown chambered in 300RUM is the A-BOLT II HIGH GRADE. But my friends gun has the composite stock!
