Default RE: Barnes Spitfires?

Welcome to the forum. Its good to have you here. As for the Barnes Spitsfire I am shooting the 285 grain Barnes and the 300 grain Barnes Expanders. Both of them are very well made bullets and I find I can push them very hard and still maintain accuracy.

In your Wolf you might want to try some Powerbelts, or even some 240 grain XTP's. I base this on a young man who bought a New Frontier Beartooth and wanted help sighting it in. We discovered it shot the powerbelts in 245 grain real will with 80 grains of 777. Also it shot the XTP's with the same charge real well. The powerbelts seem to work as he shot a deer with them the first time out that season.

Good luck with your Wolf.
