Yes, I have seen those kids of shots, but I am not impressed by them. But I am not willing to slam a guy for it. There are some bowhunters who are very proficient shooting to that distance. They can group to a tennis ball at 60 yards. So I am not going to question them about it. The only thing I have a problem with is that more often than not, they fail to explain to the viewers that that is not a proper shot for everyone. And that most people need to stay within about 30 - 40 yards max. They should have a disclaimer pop up saying " DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME ". But instead they don't and there will be a bunch of guys who saw that show flinging arrows over half a football field away, when they cant hit a paper plate at 35 yards. Get ready for more wounded and I can't find my deer, HELP , posts.

Oh well, I'll shut up now.

Good hunting.
My thoughts exactly. I wouldn't do it because I am only confident out to about 30-35 yards. But Im not gonna knock someone who is confident at that range and can make the shot. More power to them. I wish I could group arrows at 60 yards. However, I am smart enough and also ethical enough not to take a shot atan animal atthat distance knowing my capabilities. Unlike some folks.
