Chippewa makes some awesome stands. They are strong, quiet, and the best part is they are easy to set up. Since i am a smaller guy i bought the chippewa chief which only weighs 9 1/2 pounds. Along with that i bought several extra chain straps which i leave on different trees all year round. This way idon't have to buy several tree stands to fit my hunting needs. One drawback might be that the seat isn't as comfortable as i would have like it, but other then that it is money well spent.
