kenman - I agree but I think your situation is a bit different than that of the orignal post. I read the orignalpost several times and I couldn't see anything that the landowner did that couldn't be explained as some guy having a good time tearing up his field in a beater truck.That saidit is difficult to get a sense of the landowners intent through a post on a fourm.
