Default RE: 30.06 Ballistics Question

I wanted to quick zero my gun in at 100 yards when I first got it b/c it was right before season and I needed to do it quick. Should I sight it in at the 150 yards that I see all ammo is zeroed in at on the ammo manufacturers websites or is 100 ok? I'm new at this so I'm wondering what the difference is.

I also noticed on the Remington website that they used a 24" barrell in all testing with a couple exceptions and their ballistics show they are a little better than Winchester. My barrell is 22" so how much of a difference should I expect with Remington ammo? It didn't say what barrell they tested their ammo with on the Winchester sight and I have somesuper x's in 150 gr.

I've heard that when abullet first comes out of a gunat the muzzel it first dips slightly then it raises slightly. Is this true? And would this make my shots at 40-50 yards normalif it is alittle low? Again, I'm new to this and any help would be appreciated. Mostly, I'm just wonderingifit would be best to sight my gunat 150 yards like most ballistic charts show.
