My oldest son shot his first buck last weekend, and I had a tarsal galnd from the doe I shot a couple weeks ago hung up in a tree out in front of him. Made a believer out of me and him, he said as soon as the buck smelled it he went or it straight as a string. Here is the story and a pic on my teams thread. I just cut them off when I was skinning, put them in a ziplock bag, and threw them in the freezer. Laid them out in the sun for a couple hours before we went out that evening.
