Ok I know most people including my self, dont usually mess with the ribs on deer. However I asked my boss if he ever trimmed the meat for making hamburger. He said no but sometimes he takes them and cuts them about 8-12" long and about 3-4 ribs wide, seasons them then batters them in flour and deep fries them. He said when they are fried it cooks off the waxy film that is on the out side of the ribs and they taste great. He kept going on and on about them so I thought I would try it. I was wondering if anybody here has tried it? Sounds good
