Truthfully that is a very hard decision. I think I would probably make room for him if I could. You never know how he could help you in the future and even if he didn't help you, at least you would feel a little better. I would also consider the population of your deer herd in that area. Since it is only 15 acres I am sure there isn't a lot of room for them to bed.
