If the offset in the sight window isn't any greater than the offset on my old Samick Explorer, the adhesive flipper should work fine. With a plunger button. The button would not only control the amount of side resistance to the arrow's paradox, on that kind of rest it will also be used to adjust your centershot.

What is a cushion plunger? The link below takes you to a selection of rests designed for fingers shooters. Note the Cavalier Free Flyte and Super Flyte rests on the top row. Either of these are what I'd recommend if your adhesive rest doesn't work, though I still rank the Free Flyte Micro over either of those.

Next to them is a GKF Huntmaster 2000. I do not recommend that rest for a recurve, but point it out because it does show a plunger, as does the Hunter Supreme rest below.... A cushion plunger is what us old timers used to call a Berger Button, after the guy who invented it.

A launcher/prong rest is designed for release shooters. It's not very good at all (terrible, actually) for someone shooting fingers. Don't even bother.

You will usually not have to refletch with feathers to use a flipper, but feather-fletches are a natural match with traditional bows.
