I'm not sure what a plunger type rest is . Right now I have a cheap adhesive flipper rest and a prong style rest . Should I use one of these ? I'm not opposed to buying a new rest ,, but I'm not sure of what I'm looking for . If I use a flipper - should I get my arrows re-fletched with feathers ? Thanks .
